NINA is an original script in response to Chekhov’s The Seagull. It is a dark comedy exploring gender politics in the entertainment industries.
‘It has a very strong atmosphere. It’s drenched in anger and quite frightening – sort of like one of those classy horror movies that might have Nicole Kidman in’.
– Lee Simpson, Improbable
‘I really enjoyed reading NINA and very much like the concept and its politics. I want to see it.’
– Director, Katie Mitchell
